Q. How do I know if the products on the website are the same as in the stores?
A. Our website may offer greater selection than the store in your area, but products
are the same.

our easy to use locator tool and identify the closest store based on your inputs.
Q. How will I be notified of your new product offerings or special promotions?

Q. How do I know if my order has been received?
A. You will receive an order confirmation number when your order is completed as well as an order confirmation email.

Q. How do I know if tax will be applicable to my purchase?
A. We are required by State and Federal laws to charge sales tax on products and shipping charges of products shipped to states where we have physical stores:
Sales taxes will be automatically charged in Washington and California only.
Q. What are my payment options?
A. We accept the following credit cards for payment: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Q. How do I know when will my credit card be charged for the order?
A. Your credit card will be charged the day your order is sent for shipment.
Q. What is the difference between ordering date and shipping date?
A. The order date is the date the order is placed. The ship date is the date the order is shipped to you.
Q. What are the applicable shipping fees?

Q. How can I ship my return or exchange?

Q. How can I determine when will my credit be refunded?
A. You will be emailed once the refund process has been completed. Depending on your banks processing time, it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to show on your credit card statement.
